Libyan Panorama (Desert & Dunes )
In this tour you will really experience the life of Bedwen and the enjoyment of camping , spending the nights under the stars between the sand dunes .
Day 01 : Arriving to Tripoli .
Meet and assist at the airport then transfer to the Hotel to check in . Afterwards , we will have a short tour in the city till dinner time .
Day 02 : Tripoli – Sabratha - Sebha .
Morning visit to the Ancient city of Sabratha 70 Kms west of Tripoli famous for its Roman & Byzantine Ruins . Sabratha is famous for its Roman & Byzantine Ruins . In this tour you will enjoy seeing the Roman Theatre , The Punic Monument , In addition to Mosaic Museum . After having Lunch and visiting this site , we will head to the airport for one hour flight to Sebha .Dinner and O/N Camp .
Day 03: Sebha – Matkhandouish – Dhan Murzuk.
Today and after breakfast , we will drive to Wadi Matkhandush famous for its prehistoric Rock Engraving another witness describing Civilizations at that time then continue to spend the night in Dhan Murzuk over night Mobile Tents .
Day 04 : Dhan Murzuk – Akakus
We continue our drive toward Akakus Mountain to and after having lunch on the way , , ,we will get to Akakus and camp for the night . Mobile Tents
Day 05 : Full Akakus .
Today , we start our tour in the spectacular natural sites of Akakus , officially designated as a natural museum, the Tadrart Akakus region offers spectacular desert and mountain scenery. Rock paintings that extend back to 12,000 years shows the development of human societies and the animal life that was once abundant in the Sahara, such as Giraffe and Elephant . over nights Mobile tents
Day 06 : Akakus – Adad .
Today , we continue our tour in Akakus and head toward Adad where we will spend the night in a fixed Camp .
Day 07 : Adad – Awienat – Ghat.
We leave the Adad area to head toward Ghat where we will visit the old city and continue to Camp in the dunes near by .Mobile Tents
Days 08 , 09 : Ghat – Magradit .
A nice drive to visit Magradat where we will spend a full two days enjoying more of the prehistoric paintings and natural sites . Over night mobile Tents .
Day 10 : Magradit – Germa.
We will leave Magradit and enjoy more of the desert sites till we get to Germa where we will spend the night in a fixed camp .
Day 11 : Germa – Sahara Lakes - Tripoli .
Morning visit to Germa, the capital of the Garments visiting the museum, the old town witch was established during the 1st millennium B.C .then , we will have the most spectacular drive through oceans of sand dunes to visit the Sahara lakes of Daouda , Mafo , Gaberoun . El Mandera and Aum Al mma . After lunch at the site , we will leave the lakes and cross the desert to Sebha airport to catch one hour evening flight to Tripoli .Over night Hotel 4 stars .
Day 12 : Full Day Tripoli
Today we begin our exploration of Libya's capital city Tripoli. We will depart the hotel after breakfast for a full day of sightseeing which will include the old city, the National Museum, which is known for the quantity and quality of the artifacts on display and covers several millennia of Libyan and North African history, culture, and art. In the evening return to the hotel and overnight.
Day 13 : Tripoli – Leptis Magna –Tripoli
After breakfast we will go to Leptis Magna, a magnificent ancient Roman city, and the capital of what once was Rome's Africa Province. We will visit the Harderianic Bathes, the Column Street, the New Forum, the Punic Market, the Theatre & the Amphitheater. . After noon , we will drive back to Tripoli for dinner and over night..
Day 14 : free time till departure .
